Can't see names of available networks

When I click on wifi icon i can't see names of available networks available..

I in return try each one and enter the password blindly..

Any help..please..

Hi, It seems that your WiFi is not working.

Have you checked in Device Manager to see if the WLAN adapter is working OK? (go to Control Panel > Device manager > scroll down to Network Adapters and click on the + sign to expand the entry list and see if there is a red cross or a yellow exclamation mark against the entry)
