My htc windows 8x was hit with a golf club when in its case. The screen isn't cracked but the underneath image is. What do I need to fix my phone??? Any info will help.

If you find the repair too daunting to do yourself then I recommend that you contact 3 reputable, professional mobile phone repair services and ask for a quote for a repair. I suggest 3, that way if all the repair estimates are close you will have a truer indication of the cost of the repair. You should already know the cost of the replacement part.

You need a new LCD display. Here is the link for the part that i would recommend: http://www.ebay.com/itm/LCD-Digitizer-Fr...
You can get cheaper parts but that one will require the least labor and will be pretty easy to fix. (since there is no separating or any other risky work required.)
