My phone is not start

my moto e 1st gen is not rooted & having kitkat 4.4.4 updated version, one time it surprisingly off and i can not start it because it stop on boot logo of motorola( white screen with blue logo) and it not start as well as it not turn in to black display untill battary level is off, please help me out of this, i tried boot loader and i give it cammand also it not work on my mobile , even my firend having this problem. please please please reply me soon
