Water damaged MacBook air 2014 Battery shipping?

Hey guys! I bought a water damaged Macbook air 2014, everything is working just fine, exept the battery. I tryed to order 4 batteries from different ebay sellers, and from a company. But nobody can send me a battery because some new shipping regulation law about lithium batteries. So i wonder, where can i buy a battery? I found a battery on the Ifixit page, but are there going to be problems shipping from here aswell?

I live in Norway, have tryed to find a battery that fits but no luck.
