The turn on off switch somehow controls the volume and my volume control buttons arent working because the screen shows the volume always going up or silent and I cant control the sound at all
Btw I touched it with wet hands

Hi it sounds like your Flex Power & Volume Cable for the LG K7 is broken. It isn't a very hard repair and it's relatively cheap to do. This could very well have happened from touching the phone with your wet hands. I hope this helps.
