Hi, When I power on my iMac I hear the HD and Fan spinning for 1 second. Then it stops and does the same thing over and over. 1 LED is steady the second LED lights up when the fan and HD start spinning. See pictures. What could be the problem? If the power supply would be damaged there shouldn't be power, LED or spinning HD and fan right (even when it's just for a second right?)

Here's a breakdown of what the diagnostic LED mean: Diagnostic LED's
From the sounds of it you have a logic board issue with the power regulator logic.
Do you have your system plugged into a surge suppressor or UPS? If not, you may want to get one, its even possible the suppressor is shot as over time it does lose its effectiveness.

I've ordered a new power supply. Keep you posted.
Replacing the power supply didn't solve a thing...
I thought not, sadly this is a logic board issue as the regulators are there.
What exactly do i have to change on the logic board?
