My speaker and vibrator stopped working.
I dropped the phone from about 2-3 feet and the vibrator and loud speaker stopped working. Is there a way to fix it?

Has it been taken apart? Inside the phone there is a metal bracket that keeps the phone from disconnecting from the charge port so if it has been check that connection and the metal bracket. If you are sure it is connected and the connections are clean it will probably need a replacement.

first I would run a diagnostic and ee if they have stopped working correctly if so pay someone to professional get it replaced or buy both components form ifixit and fix it yourself. you never know some wires may be lose
