My tablet comes on and I can use it when it's connected to the keyboard, but can't touch the screen to get it to do anything. It just started today and I've been using it for about a month now.

You’ll have to replace the digitizer (touchscreen) in your tablet or at least check if it is connected properly to the systemboard.
Here’s a link to the ifixit Visual Land Prestige 10 Digitizer Replacement guide, which may be of some help.
Replacement digitizers are available online. Just search for Visual Land Prestige 10 replacement touchscreen to get results for suppliers of the part.

Hello Kelly it could be one of many things it could be that your digitizers are not working and you would have to repair the screen or it could be you have touch screen disabled. but the problem would be if you opened the tablet and did not connect the cabals back correctly. I really hope you could figure this out best of luck

I did the hard reset and everything but i still cant use my touch screen. what should i do?
