I have a dead Polaroid TLX03210B TV. I have replaced the power board and the main board. The red power light will not come on when plugged in. I have repaced themain fuse. What am I missing? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I guess you might have tried the power switch. If still the lights are not coming back, then the standby power supply isn't working, or the TV's microprocessor is dead and not lighting the lights.
Would you mind checking the 5 volt power supply. I don't remember any storm recently or any such power outage. Have a simple voltage test done. Get a voltmeter from nearby hardware shop.
Better if you would hire some professional electrician.

simmons-larry, this is going to be tough. Ever since Polaroid went into bankruptcy, parts and manuals are scarce. I would suggest that you post some good images of your boards with your question so that we can see what you see. Use this guide for that. Arm yourself with a multimeter so we can eventually get you to measure some points. Remember that Polaroid TV's had a never resolved issue with their control boards.

Could be that the power light has gone bad. Have you tried powering the TV on through the onboard buttons? Also, are you sure the power socket/cable is good?

If you can also post some images of the power board you replaced or let us know the number of the board you replaced.
