Manual transmission hard shifting into gear. New clutch kit

I have a 2008 Nissan Altima coupe 2.5S with a six speed manual transmission. After installing a new clutch kit I'm having trouble putting the car into first,second and reverse. Also when I first put it into gear at a dead stop the car feels as if it wants to move. When coming to a stop and in first gear with my foot on the clutch pedal the cars idle gets ruff as I slow down. Hopefully you can tell me there is a way to adjust the pedal. Also when first starting out in first gear I barely have to lift my foot up to start moving.

Mason Cornuet, It sounds like your clutch is not disengaging properly and there may be air in the hydraulic clutch system, ensure clutch fluid reservoir is full. Below is a link from the Nissan Altima 2007-2012 Service Manual, that show's/tells how to bleed the hydraulic system step by step. If this does not correct the problem could be faulty master/slave clutch cylinder, incorrect installation of clutch components, wrong clutch components installed, clutch pedal hanger damaged/broken weld. I have a 01 mustang gt I put a spec stage 3 clutch kit in put it all back together I get in the car to shift in gear it want go into gear but will try to roll I cut the car off it will go into every gear if I put it in gear when car is off the start it it will jump forward what’s going on with this thing ???

With car off, push clutch pedal all the way to the floor, release, then put your toe behind the clutch pedal and pull up. You may hear a pop as it automatically adjusts the clutch cable. My 99 Cobra wouldn't engage in any gear until I did this procedure after installing a new clutch.
