My iPhone 5s turn on normaly but gives a black
After replacement of my battey on iphone 5s the screen light up in black but does not work . What part of the screen should i replace ?

Can you explain what you mean by "the screen light up in black but does not work"?
Do you mean that the backlight is on but there is no image or do you mean there is no backlight and only a dim image?
First things first, I would double check all of my connections. Use this guide. The next thing to verify is the condition of the battery. If your phone is recognized by a computer, then use a software like 3uTools to test the battery. If your phone is not recognized, then take the battery out and measure the voltage with a multimeter. It should read ~3.8 - 4.2V.

I mean by"the screen light up in black " that the screen show that slide dark color but nothing appear on the screen"the same color that you have on tv when your tv on but no signal on the tv "(see the picture ) note that it was hard to remove the screen part because it wass stack on the side due to the first replacment of the battery ( there is a black parameter around the screen most of it got separated from screen
I telling you my problem so i could buy the right part to slove this problem.
i also connected the iphone and it was detected by itunes and 3utools

So what does 3uTools tell you about the battery?
3utool detected the phone but since the screen is locked it didnot give any information about the phone or battery ?
I search 3utool option there is nothing that can give information about the battery if the phone is locked

I see what you mean. So the phone is currently working but the screen display is having an issue.
You either need to replug the screen + clean connector + double check the touch screen digitizer and display connector on the logic board or replace the screen.
Unfortunately it looks like the LCD display ribbon cable for screen got damaged during the battery replacement.
Yep, agree with @benjamen50 . You will have to try a replacement screen to get access.
