10 Why won't the scanner work.
My printer will print from the computer and it will make copies, but when I go to scan it says there is no connection. It was working and a week or so later it started doing this.
Why won't it scan to my computer.

What is the OS in the computer that the printer is connected to?
What program are you using to 'scan' to the computer?
