When i turn on the tablet only asus logo appears,then nothing happens afterwards it stops there it is unable to continue load and go to the main screen . I keep on turning on and off the tablet but still it doesnt work . please help me thank you.

Sounds like your OS may be damaged, best bet is to factory reset it, you can use this guide from ASUS to fix it, try it and let us know what happens https://www.asus.com/US/support/FAQ/1006...

the boot menu doesnt show up after i press and hold to power button . it only turns on then off afterwards
