Hello.
I wanted to take out the sim card of my galaxy S8+
I made a mistake and i put a needle in the top microphone hole. (the one next to the sim card hole)
i pushed the needle very very very hard... until i see that it was a mistake.
Do you think this could cause damage to the microphone?

I would say theres a very likely chance you damaged the microphone if not something else

is there a way to check if it is damaged or not ?
Its not an easy one but recording a video with audio may show any problems. That top mic is also used for noise cancelling which isnt so easy to test
I did the same the first time I got it. Mine still works. Tested it using the Voice Recorder interview option which uses both microphones. Then I spoke at the top one and then at the bottom one in roughly the same dustance and loudness.
