While im trying to fix my imac, im testing the voltage coming out of the power supply and then,i think i shorted de 12v output with a ground, it shows an sparks and now the led 1 of the mother board isnt on.
Please help, sorry for my bad englihs

The first LED indicates a trickle charge coming from the PSU to the logic. If that is not illuminated, then you've more than likely got a blown PSU.
If you saw a spark while touching live tracts on the PSU, then the most likely result is that you've blown the backup fuse on the PSU.
It is usually on the AC side of the PSU.
Who knows what else has been damaged on the PSU by this spark, as it could have damaged data tracts or components, so replacing the fuse is not a sure fix for it, especially as it appears that you already had a fault with the PSU before it sparked (its possible the original fault is caused by something else, as it could be drawing too much power, but its more likely the PSU)
But you can test the fuse with a voltage meter if you know how. just be careful while handling PSUs, as they have large capacitors that can hold hundreds of volts for some time after being disconnected from the mains.
On later models, the power supplies are designed more intelligently with backup circuits to help rapidly drain the large capacitors to less dangerous levels (from as high as 400v to under 60v), but it can still take up to a minute for this to take full effect after being disconnected.
