Why does my phone go to optimizing apps when it comes on?

My phone sometimes goes off when the battery is below 10% and when i put it back on. it goes to Android is Starting, optimizing apps 1 of 125. i don't know what to do, it does this all the time, and because sometimes the battery is already low it'll go off again and continue where it left off. After the phone comes on, it'll stay for a few minutes, maybe five and go off again and start that whole process all over... I really need some help to solve this issue. I t would happen once a week but now its happening all the time. is it something i delete or uninstall? or install? Help Please!!!!!!!!

If you have it installed, Zedge is causing this.

I had also done other updates and thought it was Android System WebView as it started right after that had updated. Then I read it's Zedge and I've had that program for almost 2 years. I had restarted phone and was again stuck on "Optimizing", but for me each time it has been a good 20 minutes.

I uninstalled Zedge and it started right up, no Optimizing. Thanks for everyone who figured this out!

When you say the phone goes off again after you have turned it back on, is that battery still low? If it is, this might point to a fault with the battery, there's not enough charge in it so when it says optimizing apps, its turning off as there's not enough power to keep it on. Try with your charger plugged in. If it doesn't cut off with the charger connected I'd say that's a pretty good chance the battery is faulty.

Hi.. Everyone's saying delete Zedge or trueCaller but I have none of them apps.. Can someone tell me a different way other than rebooting my phone

My power button will, all of sudden not work. So I tried to keep it charged so I wouldn't have to turn on, without power button working. Twice its lost battery but turns right back on, to “optimizing 1 of 1

Anyone have power button issue.

And I erased hedge, but is still doing it.
