@racing821 start off by checking the power cable to make sure that you have power going to the player. Use a multimeter to check for that. If you do have power going to it, check the fuse on the power board for continuity.
To disassemble your player follow these steps
If unsure post some images of your board etc. with your question. Use this guide for that
