Mine is a Samsung 40" UN40EH5000F have the same problem won't do anything and the cord is fine the outlet work fine but it's still not doing anything at all any thing else I can do to fix this

redrage75 firset thing I'd check is the fuse on the power board. Use a multimeter to check it for continuity. After that you can also check to see if it gets power. Plug the set in, turn the power on and measure the voltage with the red probed to the fuse and the black probe to ground. Set multimeter to AC voltage and see what it shows. Check to see if you have any of the voltages during the startup sequence
It might also help if you post some images of what your boards look like.It will allow us to see what you see. Use this guide Bilder zu einer vorhandenen Frage hinzufügen for that.

ok to update on my question i have bought new power cord and new power board i have installed the new power board and there is still nothing although now u can hear a click noise when when i plug the power cord into the board plzzzzzz somebody help

Did you check the fuse on the power board?

im not sure of how it would look but i have looked the fuse over and the board itself as well and i do not see anything that look out of place and the fuse is not removeable so im not certain

redrage75 get a cheap multimeter which will allow you to test your fuse for continuity. You will need the meter for further troubleshooting.
