What does it mean when there are faid white lines from the top to bottom of my iPhone..like it still works the same but the white lines are annoying...is there a possibil way to get rid of em?

Well, if rebooting doesn't help you can try to open your phone and reseat the LCD cable - as long your phone do not have any warranty anymore.
