I replaced the screen and digitizer on the tablet and it still has a gray line streaked screen. it does respond to my finger but I can't see anything. Please help need to enable usb debugging to recover deleted photos.

Hello Kasey,
Make sure that the connectors were clean and well connected.
Maybe that during the reassembly you have damaged the flex cables.
To recover files you can try adbcontrol.
Install the proper usb android driver on pc and the ADB. Then you will be able to connect to your android devices from pc through a java Window, simulating screen and touch.
