Screen goes blank after start up

Hi Aaron I could really use a little bit more information.:

I'm not familiar with the model number haven't looked it up but how old is it?

Have you dropped it at all? Is the last in the screen visibly cracked?

I'm assuming this is an Android machine like I said I haven't looked it up yet. But I could really use as much information as you can give me about how long it worked and when it stopped working and were there any clues if you think hard were there any clues when it started borking?

Aaron this is the more complete user manual I found online. If you download it and look at page 122 and forward you'll find troubleshooting for the display. I look through it and I'm not sure it has something to help you but since I'm not in front of the machine playing with it with my own grubby hands LOL you'll have to give it a try and get back to me

Its Late 2015 or early 16 model.I have seen alot of posts for UN prefix numbers.Mine is UA.A standinig for Asia model.It is wall mounted never dropped or any thing.Thanks for the Manual.The problem is trying to navigate with no picture.I tried factory reset.Info/Menu /Mute/ On.I got all the way to Language was able to press enter then went dark unable to navigate after that.All sources are the same.Nothing connected except power cord.

I did read that remote light will blink 5 times during start up is normal.My remote has no light so the blinking stand by I believe is normal.I kinda recall it doing that before having this problem.

After watching numerous videos T.Con board seem to be most common.I did see one video on the ribbon going to the screen faulty connection because it is glued on.I decided to turn it on before going in and the screen stays lit.Now I just have a blank line towards the left side 2 inches wide from top to bottom.I took the back off did a visual on all things.All looks good.I then started looking at the metal plate that covers the screen connections.Doing a feel test while turned on the plate is above warm almost hot right at the same spot where the blank spot is.Turned it off and took the plate off.There was alot off connectors going to the screen and one exactly under the hot part off the plate.Tried doing things to make it contact better card board sandwich etc. no change.I am believing its one of the little Electro. things on the little board right there is shorted.So to finish the screen is to costly to replace so the funeral will be held some time in the near future.
