Ok, you try to replace the screen, and that might help or try to see if the screen is disconnected form the phone itself. But before that call the company to make sure it’s the screen that is the problem

Ok sorry for replying so late try to connect it to the laptop. And then hold the power button and the volume button at the same time. The iTunes logo should come up. Then try to import your files

You would need to somehow boot in recovery mode.
Then use the google adb tools to pull files from the phone.
