The fuse box under the hood has a 30 amp fusible link that is blown. I replaced it and blew again, and was told by friend to replace the fuel pump. Engine turned and problem seemed to be solved but happened again when I closed the hood. Found the right turn signal had a blown wire just behind the light. Since the fuse has not blown but I am waiting for it to happen again.

@estgarcia85 since it is working for now you may just have resolved that issue. If it happens again, you'll have to check again. Problems like this are really hard to resolve since there is always more than one possibility.
