Why isn't my brush roll moving?
My brush roll won't move because there is something stuck.

Open up your vacuum cleaner and check the belt. It likely has snapped or snagged and needs replacement.

ok, I ll try your recommendation, but still need the replacement that goes closer to the bus . The roller cover please. Would you help me?

the brush is ran by a belt. check to see if it has come off. you will have to remove the bottom but it is usually a phillips head screwdriver to do so.

I have taken the brush assembly apart and cleaned any buildup which was minimal. It will spin sporatically. Most of the time not.
