Battery only charges to 80% and then charging stops-WHY?

My battery charges to about 80% and then does not charge any more. I have depleted the battery to reset the "meter" but it does not help.

Ist dies eine gute Frage?

Batteries do go bad and your issue sounds like that is the case...
