Where the Pros at? iPhone 6s error 4013

I’m trying to diagnose an iPhone 6s that’s stuck in a boot loop. iTunes error points to a baseband issue.

So I’ve compared to a known working board and found that the PMU_TO_BB_PMIC_RESET_L line (at Resistor R2200) should be high at 1.8v but when I measure it’s very momentary high then quickly drops and stays low at 0v

I’ve tried reballing BB changing BB PMU. Nothing worked.

Anyone familiar with the operation of the circuit? What parameters pull the reset line low?

Have you tried injecting 1.8V into PMU_TO_BBPMU_RESET_L with R2200 removed? Essentially forcing the BBPMU to start? Connect a 1K resistor in series with a DCPS and connect it to the input on BB_PMU to simulate the circuit. Also, double check C3503_RF.

Yes tried that as well as injecting 1.8v on other lines that look related to reset line for the BB. No change in symptoms.
