@gretaclark8 that's a difficult one since we do not know where and how it is stuck. Usually a hammer and punch will set it free. Otherwise you might consider a couple of picture on where it is jammed. Use this guide Bilder zu einer vorhandenen Frage hinzufügen for that so we can see what you see.
