from camera to pc
and
pc to phone?
you need to check what format does your phone supported for the videos.

I used the fujifilm camera remote to transferit to my iphone 8, i can transfer all the photos but i cant send the videos. I tried also to my ipad and samsung s6. :(

If it's samsung phone,you could try export video from samsung to computer via AutoPlay.
Windows PC has a feature called AutoPlay, which is a pop-up window with several options to deal with your device and appears when you connect your Android phone to computer with a USB cable. It is a simple way to transfer media files between Samsung and computer as well. By the way, this requires you to enable USB debugging mode on your Samsung, otherwise AutoPlay might be not able to access your Samsung files.
