Which flex cable is this in the picture given in the description?

Hi Guys,

I just wanted to know which flex cable this exactly is. I'm not sure about it and i do not want to guess that.

Additionally it would be great to know if I can replace it.

I don't want to buy another display or sth because it is barely new.
