Hello.just purchased alcatel pop4(6)7070q.battery is at 70% and phone won't turn on.it just starts and shuts it self.can't do hard reset either.please help.
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

Begin by holding down the Power key for a short while in order to switch off the smartphone.
Next, press and hold the Volume Up + Power key simultaneously for a couple of seconds.
Release all keys as soon as the ALCATEL logo pops up on the screen.
n the next step choose "wipe data/factory reset" use the Volume Down to navigate and the Power button to confirm.

Thanks joey.much appreciated.hardest part was to power off,had to plug in and kept plying with it till it powered off and rest worked like a charm..Happy new year.
I was doing what you said to do and it worked for awhile and now it's not... nothing is working... what do I do???? It just vibrates on and off constantly just showing the logo screen....help!!!!
Jessie: my phone was doing the same: start to turn on and the shut off-NONSTOP. I took it to my service provider and they said it was a software problem.... but I continued to look into it and found that sometimes the set battery can be a tiny bit loose. With the back off the phone, pressing directly on the batt I was able to get it to stay on. Ofcourse as soon as I moved it all to fast or jarred it at all it died.... but at least I was able to retrieve data I REALLY wanted off the phone, hopefully u can do the same
The screen still flashes with the Alcatel screen and then the Alcatel Joy Tab screen, then turns itself off. I can’t get it to the factory reset screen at all…. What do I do?

How can you fix a flicker tablet that not turning on to the main screen keep going to just to Alcatel screen not working
Sadly my up button stopped working . I'm sure if it did work it would have worked !

My phone is 5056x,time is changing itself ,when I click the power button camera is coming ,it is offing itself and to owning for long time,without touching the touch screen all are going itself.for some time it is again normal working.help me please
