New screen issues possibly

Hi,

I'm replacing a LCD on a Galaxy S6 that was broken 6 months ago.

Whilst sometimes it will show the battery is charging as the phone is turned off.

When I attempt to turn it on whilst the notification led and the back and recent buttons light up and the sound works, pc recognises the phone there is no display working. I have reseated the flex about 7-8 times to no avail.

The LCD was brought from my regular supplier.

Any ideas?

Could it be a board issue?
