To clarify what you mean.
Do you mean the picture that you review on the camera's LCD screen or the picture you see on a computer screen once you have downloaded the picture or both?
If it is only on the camera's LCD screen and the picture on the computer is OK are the camera's menu screens OK on the camera's LCD screen or do they have lines too?

i also have problem like this, the picture that i review on camera's LCD is distorted or just white with lines.
