I can't get adobe flash player to instal in IE and Outlook
I can't get the latest adobe flash player to install in IE or Outlook. I've updated IE to IE8.

you may try this :
in IE8 go to Tools -> Internet Options -> General -> Delete
Download the offline installer
Close IE8
run your offline installer
once it is installed reopen your browser and see if it worked.
