Check a different HDMI port.
Check to see if it is the power supply.
What you can do is use your cellphone charger instead of the power brick that came with Amazon.
If it still doesn't power up, it may be time to get a new fire stick.
These are relatively inexpensive when on sale.
Keep an eye on woot.com for refurb discounts too.

Wait they have Amazon Fire Tvs? .........TF?!?! I thought there was just a Kindle XD

They have TV with fire built in.
Alternatively, Sony has android Tvs where you can install the Amazon Android apps.
