My computer is locked can’t get it to do anything
It is stuck in disk Utility and won’t let me do anything

My bet would be a bad hard drive cable. Remove the drive and hook it up via a USB to SATA adapter and see if it works to confirm.
Also, if replacing go with the 2012 cable.
