I am unable to locate information for this phone. The only info I was given was the phone is a ZTE N818S smartphone. Without knowing the actual name of the phone I am unable to locate a manual thru the website and also it is difficult to purchase accessories. Please and Thank You !

Having access to the manual is great, although I have searched every where for the actual name of the phone. have not had the phone for very long, I realize that the phone is an older model, hence the price was too good to be true, but I would think that if they are still on the market for sale you should be able to find accessories for it. Every where I have searched tells me the same thing. I have to know the actual name of the phone. The ZTE N8186S does not mean anything to the retail industry when it comes to purchasing accessories. Please and thank you for your assistance.

So who did you purchase it from? Was it a phone service provider by any chance? If it was check their website for phone products they sell to find it perhaps. Apologies if you have already tried this.
Strange that there was no User guide with it in the box, when you bought it?
What accessories are you after?
@jayeff No surprise there is no user guide in the box. In the States, very rarely do you see user manuals printed and included in the box except Ikea furniture. Phones such as ZTE, Huawei, and similar are usually ever sold at a steep discount or given out as free with new signup to the service. To cut costs, documentation, earbuds, and even 5ghz WiFi are removed from these devices and packaging.

You mentioned before re the no earbuds supplied anymore, but I thought that a User Guide would be a necessity as surely not everyone knows everything about the phone they buy. Also the User Guide for this phone doesn't even seem to be on the ZTE website.
But perhaps they are right. Who reads the manual anyway? Judging by some of the questions asked on ifixit, a lot don't!

@idunno4sure I don't think there is a name associated with this phone, just a model number.
Here is the phone sold via Qlink Wireless. It looks like it is so entry level, they didn't bother associating a name to the phone.

Q Link doesn't bother doing much except selling phones or minutes etc. You can't get an answer from these people either as I tried several times
There is a web site to help you with, that's what I seen.
They want to sell you mins. & data, knowing your on a budget.
Your ear buds from IPod will work.
QLink deactivated my phone, expecting me to buy one. I'm now with Assurance. Enough said. I do now have this ZTE N818S smartphone. The name is Sapphire. But, you still can't find a manual or case for it.

No it doesn't fit the phone I tried, I did find some different types on Ali Express, kind of cute, don't know how much is shipping though..
Zte n818s is the same as the zte v956 If you are looking for cases and accessories . Just different names for different suppliers & the n818s doesn't usually come with ear plugs etc that come with the v956. Probably because the n818s is usually a freebie or discounted giveaway for govt programs

I have the same phone ZTE N818S for my bother. He got it from Q Link now looking for a case for his phone. Having no luck finding a case.

I believe I saw phone cases, (or at least the option was available to click on) on the Q Link website. I'll try to retrace my steps and update this post with the exact web site. Hope this helps.
--- UPDATE: Of course I can't find the page I saw earlier. I did however find cases for the N817 (ZTE Uhura). These two phones seem to be almost identical to each other. When I look up one of them, the other always pops up in my search results. So, if the measurements are the same and all buttons are in the same places, then the case for the "Uhura" N817 should work for the N818s. In reference to the actual name of the phone N818s, I've seen it coincide with the name Legacy and Quest.

No the n817 does NOT have the same specs that the n818s has , therefore the phone case will not fit.
And for all that wanted to know the name of the ZTE N 818s is..........drumroll plz...............

hate to burst your bubble, but zte has no phone w/ this name, but was told by zte corp. that they would let me know asap! checkout:gsmarena.com (& see 4 yourself!)
