I replaced the screen recently no issues until today phone was on 1% then a couple hours later screen was half black half white split vertically . I disconnected battery now wont turn on black screen. Update now the screen gets very hot on top right corner of the screen and stays black I actually tried with an old screen and it powers up except for the lines so maybe j need another screen ?
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

Now the old screen gets a little hot too same spot

Double check your connectors on the logic board and see if they are damaged or worn and make sure that you unplug the battery before replugging screen cables.
I did I'm pretty sure its the screen. Buying a spare tomorrow fir a OEM iPhone screen and battery
Top right getting hot may be normal, is it the very top right corner or a bit lower?
The main processor area (CPU that heats up a lot) is about 3 CM (Centimeters) lower / down away from the rear camera.
Yes top right corner. Hopefully this new screen and battery fixes it
