Bluetooth working but Wifi Isn't

So as the title implies, the WIFI in my macbook pro isnt working. I tried a nvram reset and a smc reset too. none worked. I feeling the that the AirPort card might be broken but my Bluetooth still works. could it be a loose cable or what could it be. Please help.

Most likely the Airport card has failed on the WiFi side. Sadly this is a big job to replace as you can see here in the IFIXIT guide: MacBook Pro (13 Zoll, Mitte 2010, Unibody) AirPort Karte tauschen

Depending on your country you'll need one of these:

Card, AirPort Extreme

661-4766, US/Canada/Latin America
B661-4766, UK/Europe
J661-4766, Japan
KH661-4766, Korea
PA661-4766, Pacific Rim
Z661-4766, International

I was hoping that I didn't have to buy a new card but I guess I'm going to have to. Thank you for the feedback though.
