I ear my voice in the earspeaker

hi

i have a problem with my blackberry. When a talk to someone, i ear me in the speaker... like a static sound... i chaNGE the earspeaker but its not better...

Do the people you are talking to hear the static? Does the person you are talking to voice sound come with static?
