Pictures Sending Upside Down?

On my Galaxy Note 8,

It takes pictures fine and everything, but when I go to send them, they're always upside down. Snapchat, Hangouts, Messages, all upside down.

However, when viewing them, (in gallery or google photos) they're right-side-up.

I am only good at hardware so this isn't exactly in my "field" to solve.
