The part number for the HDD cover is V000933400.
Here's an image of the 2nd picture at Step.5 from the ifixit Toshiba L305-S5946 HDD replacement guide. The part number is printed on the bar code label.

Here's a link to just one supplier of the part. It's not a recommendation to use them. It is shown to give an idea of the cost of the part. There are other suppliers online that may suit you better. Just search for V000933400 to get results.
The supplier states that the part is for a Toshiba L300 so that's at least one more model that is suitable for.
