The screen only has color lines on it
We changed the battery and now we just have colored lines all over the screen. Do you know what it could be?

You likely tugged on the display cables that connected to the mainboard when replacing the battery, which is making them have a bad connection. Follow the display replacement guide up to step 33 to disconnect and reconnect the cables to the board.
