Why is my R4 Gold Pro Card not reading the menu files on the sd card?

I am using a DSi XL with the most modern firmware (Ver 1.4.5U) and recently bought an R4 card. The exact name is: R4 3ds upgrade sdhc Gold Pro 2018. I have gone to their website and installed the firmware onto my 16gb micro sd card. The card is formatted to fat32 and all the files are there yet it still won't boot. It says ?Menu inside a picture of a sd card. Can someone please help me?
