My LG #LFXS30726S/02 fridge&freezer not cooling properly

I have french doors and bottom freezer unit and both fridge and freezer are not cooling properly. The problem started the other day after our air conditioning broke and it was about 86 in our kitchen for 2 days.

After reading through questions that others have posted, we checked the coils on the back of the unit under the panel on lower back of fridge. We also unplugged the unit to reset it and it starting getting cool (we've monitored temp over 2 days). Fridge is down to 65, although temp on door is set to 34.

It is a "smart" refrigerator so we ran the diagnostic test through the phone and it said that no problems are detected.

Any suggestions as to what to try next are appreciated. We would love to figure this out on our own after just getting AC fixed during the heat wave!
