Xbox one update loads and then black screens

Right, so originally I had E102, reformatted the hard drive applied the files to the hard drive and it worked. A day later it came up again. So I guessed it was a faulty drive. I brought a new 1TB Seagate, did the same thing and moved all the files across.. now it loads the trouble shooter, but when updating about 5 seconds in it black screens and I get E100?

Any advice or tips would be so so so helpful.
