Im using an an iPhone 6s working on ios 11.4.1 . I really want to jailbreak but it not released yet. Is there a way to downgrade it ? And is it possible the jailbreak it in the future ?

A jailbreak will most likely be coming when ios 12 is officially released. Unfortunately, you cannot downgrade your ios version as apple has stopped signing the ipsw files. ipsw files only have half of the ios system. The other half has to be "signed" by apple, and as they have stopped signing earlier versions, you cannot downgrade. There is a complicated way to sign them, but you need to save certain files at the time you have had the earlier version, so that won't be of much help to you.

No jaikbreak and don’t get scammed on YouTube videos you download and run their files and end up with slow computer. I end up with malware, spyware and pop up ads.

Yes you r right , they have thousands of views and fake comments saying that it working but it not !!!

Definitely a lot of scams on YouTube and popular tech blogs. But to say it isn't possible to jailbreak the latest iOS version is far from the truth. Due to firmware signing protocols, obstacles in downgrading and Apple's more recent layer encryption embedding regarding firmware builds, jailbreaking is more complex and intrusive than ever. But my iPhone 8 Plus (running the current iOS 12 build) is definitely jailbroken with Cydia applications running normally. The key is knowing the scams from the facts.
