The menu option keeps popping on its own and the remote is not working

menu option keeps popping again and again. when i exit from that option with remote it pops again in a few seconds and its very annoying.

Rachit Nanda  could be the remote so once you turn your TV on remove the battery form the remote. If it comes still up there may be an issue with the IR board or the firmware. It would help if you can give us your TV’s make and model to see if there are any known issues with this.
