backup outlook 2016 mac
I have many mails in the local folder of Outlook Mac 2016 which are unavailable in my Apple Mail inbox.
Can I download my Outlook 2016 Mac to PST format as a backup?

Backing up email Outlook 2016 Mac can be from Time Machine easily. But I recommend you this on the condition that the number of emails isn’t much. I had thousands of emails on my account both from my mail account and from my local folder. The restoration from TM backup was a difficult task for me. I tried out Mail Backup X by Inventpure. The tool did everything I wanted. As it isn’t free, you should take a free trial before purchasing it.
