My amp is putting out occasional static

I have a home amplifier made by Acurus A125x5 that has one channel that with the input to it removed puts out occasional static noise. Left alone that noise increases and is distracting. Can you repair this ?

Other than the noise the channel works fine.

When I bought this amp the fuse for it was open. I replaced the fuse and found it had this noise .
