I’m looking to fix the connector who’s female connector has it’s pins broken. Does anyone recognize the type of connector this it? It controls the stepper motor for a GVM GT-Q120D camera slider.

It is a mini xlr 4 pin female plug.

I've just noticed that your pins are broken on the male socket so you would have to replace that. The female plug may be OK, test for continuity with a meter first.
